Residential heating systems, commercial air conditioning systems and even water heaters rely on thermostats to regulate temperatures. A failing thermostat can cause numerous problems including residential or commercial facilities being over-heated, over-cooled and no cold water. Fortunately, a properly running thermostat controls all of these problems. In fact, if you have a residential cooling emergency or a commercial heating problem, we will test the thermostat first. In many cases, diagnosing a thermostat first will mean that we can repair the problem faster and far more cost effectively than other repairs.

Excellent service! The lady on the phone was nice and polite. Our tec called promptly on a Saturday told us he was booked but if had any cancellations he would call us and see if he could come. I told him we can wait till Monday. He came with his partner and took a look at the unit and explained to me in terms I would understand what needed to be fixed and went right to work. Thank you!!!
